Ilan Weiss

	
	Ilan Weiss is a Belgian-Mexican-French visual artist who divides his time between Brussels and Mexico City. His work combines photography, painting, and experimentation with materials, resulting in works that oscillate between image and matter.
His unique pictorial technique, based on the manipulation of Epson Ultrachrome printing inks, pushes the boundaries between photography and painting. Through this process, Ilan explores the transience of memory, the transformation of the image over time, and the interaction between the digital and the tangible. His work is part of a constant dialogue between modernity and tradition, offering a profoundly poetic vision of visual perception and the materiality of the image.
In addition to his artistic practice, he is the founder and director of PINGUIN SPACE, a space dedicated to supporting and promoting emerging artists through exhibitions, residencies, and publications; an expert in image reproduction for art publications; professor in a master's degree in fine arts, himself having been trained in fine arts.

	Yves Gobart is a French painter based in Brussels and a graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Rooted in the tradition of landscape painting while deeply anchored in a contemporary sensibility, his work unfolds through richly layered surfaces where matter, light and atmosphere constantly interact.


Working primarily in oil painting, Yves Gobart develops landscapes that oscillate between observation and imagination. Dense vegetation, luminous reflections, unstable grounds and shifting horizons create immersive environments where painting itself becomes a living and evolving space. Traces of previous gestures and underlying layers remain visible, revealing the different strata of the pictorial process and giving the surface a vibrant physical presence.


Alongside these landscapes, enigmatic figures and anthropomorphic presences occasionally emerge within the compositions, introducing subtle tensions between the familiar and the uncanny. Rather than constructing narratives, these apparitions function as fragments of perception, suspended within the material and atmospheric space of the painting.


Balancing painterly intensity with moments of silence and ambiguity, Yves Gobart’s work revisits the language of classical landscape painting through a contemporary approach to texture, fragmentation and visual instability.

						Nicolas Tourte was born in Charleville-Mézières, lives in Lille, and works everywhere. Associate Artist at Group A Cultural Cooperative.

After studying at the ESAD in Valenciennes, he focused on the notion of cycles and maintains a strong connection with architecture. The life sciences guide his research; he questions humanity's place in the universe with humor and derision. In the digital age, he oscillates between zero and one. In this in-between, this interstice, he rejoices in his inventive discoveries.

	In 2015, he resided in Rome and created the monumental video installation "Lupanar," which was tested at the Interstice #10 festival in Caen. In 2016, "Vues stratigraphiques," a series of photomontages related to trench warfare, was the subject of the solo exhibition "Etat crépusculaire" (Twilight State) at the Musée de la Piscine, Roubaix.In 2017, "Visions intermédiaires" (Intermediate Visions) was a retrospective exhibition at the Château d'Hardelot.In 2018, he was invited to the Gran Taipei Biennale in Taiwan and exhibited his research on natural phenomena in Katowice, Poland, during COP 24, Cooldown with the Alliance Française.In 2019, HYAM selected Nicolas Tourte to inaugurate its first carte blanche for a French artist on the island of Hydra. He participated in the exhibition "Plein vent!" (curated by COAL) at the Halle au sucres, Dunkirk. In 2020, he designed Élipses, a commission for the Route des Villes d’Eaux du Massif Central, presented at Vidéoformes, Clermont-Ferrand.In 2021, a body of his drawings was included in the collections of the FRAC Picardie.In 2022, he joined the Artists' Perspective on Urbanism program with "No Shelter," a sculpture in public space.In September 2023, he was invited to the Shenzhen Art Museum, China, to present a new configuration of his work "Lupanar."In 2024, Nicolas Tourte joined a residency program at the Rimbun Dahan Art Center, Selengor, Malaysia, and joined the Root K Contemporary gallery in Tokyo.

Martin Coiffier

	
	Martin Coiffier is a French Brussels-based artist whose work explores the porous boundaries between photography, painting and mental landscapes.


After more than fifteen years working in cinema in Spain, he progressively developed a visual language deeply influenced by cinematic atmospheres, light, memory and the construction of images. This background continues to shape his artistic practice, where landscapes become emotional and immersive spaces rather than simple representations of reality.


Working from his own photographic material, Coiffier creates layered compositions in which forests, organic forms and saturated colours gradually dissolve into dreamlike environments. Through superimpositions, painterly interventions and translucent effects, his works blur the boundaries between photography and painting, abstraction and figuration, reality and fiction. The image becomes a space of transformation — both immersive and psychological — where landscapes appear as shifting inner visions suspended between memory, perception and imagination.


His recent series Under the Rainbow, presented by Fragile Concept, was awarded the Artist Prize at Affordable Art Fair Brussels 2023 by VdH.


Alongside his artistic practice, Martin Coiffier is also the founder of Fragile Concept.

Camille Gouet

	
	Camille Gouet is a French artist based in Brussels since 2014. Her practice revolves around ink on paper, through which she develops a delicate and poetic visual language situated between abstraction, landscape and organic evocation.


Working with brush and pen, she creates fluid compositions where fragments of mountains, vegetation and shifting forms emerge through intuitive and precise gestures. Rather than describing existing places, her works suggest suspended, dreamloke, almost surreal landscapes; inner territories shaped by the perpetual movement and mutation of nature.


Balancing spontaneity and restraint, Camille Gouet’s practice explores the fragile moment where forms begin to appear and dissolve at the same time. Through subtle variations of ink density, breathing spaces and carefully balanced compositions, her works invite a meditative and contemplative experience of perception.


Her recent works presented by Fragile Concept reflect an increasingly refined approach to atmosphere and visual&#38;nbsp; space, where emptiness becomes as important as the forms themselves, granting the silence of the void a presence as vibrant as that of the line.

Hanna Ilczyszyn

	
	Hanna Ilczyszyn is a Polish-Belgian artist based between Ghent and Brussels. Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław and at KASK in Ghent, she develops a multidisciplinary practice spanning painting, watercolor and ceramics.


Her works inhabit a suspended space between memory and imagination, where figures, plants, animals and landscapes appear both familiar and dreamlike. Marked by the experience of living abroad for many years, her practice often evokes a quiet sense of nostalgia, balancing intimacy, strangeness and emotional ambiguity.


Working through an intuitive and highly responsive process, Hanna Ilczyszyn embraces unpredictability, imperfections and spontaneous gestures as active parts of the work itself. Whether on paper, canvas or ceramic surfaces she creates, her works retain traces of movement, hesitation and transformation, giving each piece a vivid and fragile presence.


A recurring atmosphere runs through her practice: the suspended stillness of dusk, just before night arrives. Between softness and tension, humour and melancholy, her works create poetic inner worlds where vibrant colours, fragmented figures and shifting forms coexist in delicate balance.

	&#38;nbsp;Laetitia Vasseur is a French artist based in Lille whose practice unfolds between painting, photography and material exploration. Centered around encaustic — an ancient technique combining beeswax and natural resin — her work develops through layered surfaces where image, texture and light slowly merge into immersive and atmospheric compositions.


Originally rooted in photography, her practice progressively evolved toward a more tactile and organic relationship to image-making. Through processes of superimposition, absorption and transformation, photographs dissolve into fluid landscapes suspended between abstraction and perception. Matter itself becomes an active element of the composition, shaping fragile spaces where forms appear, shift and gradually fade.


Deeply inspired by the living world and its continuous mutations, Laetitia Vasseur creates works that evoke mineral, vegetal and aquatic presences without ever fully fixing them into representation. Her surfaces seem to retain traces of memory, erosion and time, inviting a slow and contemplative experience of looking.

 SŌ Legrelle

	
	SŌ is a Belgian painter whose work explores transformation, stratification and the fragile balance between control and surrender. Through layered surfaces, cracks, textures and chromatic tensions, she develops a material-based practice where painting becomes a space of continuous mutation.


Affected by essential tremors, she gradually integrated this physical reality into her creative process, developing alternative approaches to gesture, precision and surface construction. Rather than limiting the work, this adaptation opened new ways of engaging with material, allowing fragility, resistance and unpredictability to become active elements of the painting itself.


Her recent series Peelings unfolds through superimposed layers of colour partially covered by textured white surfaces, where fragments reappear through cracks, openings and subtle ruptures. Between concealment and revelation, her paintings evoke traces of memory, erosion and emotional landscapes suspended beneath the surface.


Balancing instinctive gesture with carefully constructed compositions, SŌ Legrelle creates works where material organises space, tension and rhythm, transforming imperfection into a form of presence and visual intensity.
