FRAGILE CONCEPT was born from the desire of artist Martin Coiffier (co-founder of Brussels Art Factory) to exhibit other artists with whom he feels a strong affinity and whose works resonate with him. Through his choices, he seeks to forge a connection based on the play of appearances, the multiple layers of interpretation of a work, a poetic imagination, a romantic vision, a reinterpretation of ancestral traditions, and/or an attempt to blur the boundaries between the different media of contemporary art. To detach the observers from reality and immerse them in a world of dreams, poetry, and meditation.

Although 2025 is the very first year of FRAGILE CONCEPT, Martin Coiffier has had it in mind for several years, during which time he has collaborated with most of the artists on various exhibitions, figuring out how would be to reveal this fragile undercurrent of coherence he feels among all the works and artists when they would be displayed together.
